Frequently asked questions

What families ask us.

Who looks after the dogs at night?+

We do! We live right here on the property, and the dogs' areas are monitored 24/7 by video cameras. If a dog needs anything, we're there within seconds.

How do I book at Inn or Daycare?+

You choose the dates in the calendar on the site and send your request. Then we contact you on WhatsApp for forms, contract and payment. The spot is confirmed only after payment. For Petsitting, you choose the period in the calendar on the Petsitting page and send your request.

My dog has never been away from us before. How will he adapt?+

We only have 5 spots exactly so we can be close to him. We live in the same yard, give him individual attention and let him discover the place at his own pace, without rushing.

How do I know what my dog is doing?+

We stay in touch on WhatsApp. You receive daily photos and videos of him playing, relaxing and exploring.

What are the drop-off and pick-up hours?+

Inn: between 07:30 and 20:00. Daycare: between 07:30 and 18:00. We set the exact time together on WhatsApp.

My dog is shy or reactive with other dogs. Can he still come?+

Yes. Since we only have a few dogs, we can arrange separate time in the yard. Tell us openly about him on WhatsApp before confirming.

What happens if there is a medical emergency?+

We always keep an eye on them. We go to your preferred clinic or to the Transilvania Veterinary Hospital in Sibiu, open 24/7, and we let you know immediately.

Can I visit before I book?+

Yes, get-to-know visits are encouraged. We arrange the day and time on WhatsApp. If your dog comes along too, his vaccinations and deworming must be up to date.

Why do I need to bring his food?+

At the Inn you always bring his food: a sudden change of food almost always causes digestive upset and stress. At Daycare you only bring it if you want him to eat with us during the day.

What medical requirements are mandatory?+

The health record with up-to-date polyvalent and rabies vaccines and internal and external deworming, valid for the entire stay. The kennel cough vaccine is optional but recommended. Adult males must be neutered (exception: puppies up to 8 months).

What do I do if my dog chews or destroys things?+

Tell us in advance and bring his own bed and his own blankets. For his safety, the flap door will not be left open: in the evening he sleeps in his own room and early in the morning he is free again.
