- You fill in the Client & Pet Form.
- You tell us in advance about any medical or behavioural issue.
- You prepare the food, medication and supplies.
- We agree on how you give us access (key, code or lockbox), recorded in a handover report.
- You tell us your preferred veterinary clinic and a contact person.
- Dogs that are aggressive towards people are not accepted.

Veterinary emergencies
Through the contract, you give us consent for emergency veterinary care. We use the preferred clinic and contact person from your form; in their absence, we go to Spitalul Veterinar Transilvania Sibiu (open 24/7). Consultation, transport and treatment costs are covered by the client.
